Infoniqa, a leading HR software provider in the DACH region, is majority owned by the international private equity firm Warburg Pincus held.
Donhauser Law was already mandated when ESB and MBG MV joined Sawayo GmbH and had structured the investment. The exit that has now taken place is the result of the company's successful growth strategy.
